the thing with me and fairmont99 is cleared up, he mis read what i wrote...
all i'm offering is my personal experience...and i game with hardcore FPS games on this monitor....
its the BenQ 17" LCD with 12ms btw....I have no drams with it...I run the highest res on it, because i like high res for windows etc....so no drams with blurryness or anything like that.
it has no dead pixels what so ever, and has a 3 year on site warranty on any dead pixels
for reference (if it helps) my video card is a X850XT, but before that i played the same games i do now with a geforce FX5600 265mb, and just ran them on lower detail, and once again had no problems.
the 17" u linked to lox, looks like its the newer version of what i have...so in my opinion it'd be fine for whatever ur gonna use it for....
