sounds pretty way out, but correct stretching can really help sciatic pain. if its coming from your back, surgery may be the best answer in the long run, but in the short term, stretching your lower back, butt muscles, hip, groin, hamstrings and calves can get you through the day pretty well. out of these ones, the butt and hamstring stretches are probably the most important but you have to be really diligent with them and do them regularly to help. good luck mate, i know how uncomfortable sciatic pain can get
