not only did he diagnose by e'mail what was wrong , he also gave documented instructions , with a no BS QUOTE ( which was cheaper than anyone by far) on how to do the job . HE TOOK THE PAYMENT ON FRIDAY . AND THE RECO'D CD PLAYER WAS HERE by lunchtime ( delivered by air frieght) monday . even though he stated it would be there on wednesday. i ordered this on friday arvo . and it was at my door morning monday . ( thats interstate) . i fitted the new reco'd system in one hour . and it is perfectly fine .
i could not be happier . i saved a packet .
