Nope, nothing in writing unfortunately. However, the dealer was quite candid about it ("we'll sort it out for you", "we'll chase it up for a good customer that you are", and that sort of thing...) at the time of the sale. I gotta say I was surprised a bit when he called to say that in the end I'll have to cover the cost of spare set... A lesson to be learned I suppose... In the end they have lost a potential future customer so not sure if in the end this is the best outcome for them...
Look, don't get me wrong guys, it's not about the money, it's about the customer service and principles...
