As a teenager, I lost my purse once when I was on the back of a motorbike. Someone found it in the middle of the road, called me and I went to pick it up. It still had the little bit of money in it and I offered it to him to say thanks, but he wouldn't accept it. All he said was "Make sure if you ever find a purse or a wallet that you give it back intact, and tell your friends, because what goes around comes around".
Since that moment I've always had a handbag of some sort.
