If you set the air flow to foot well and windscreen and leave it there then set the temp and fan speed to whatever is comfortable for the moment (with the A\C activated), the windows shouldn't get a chance to fog up in the first place. As soon as you jump in and start the car the A\C kicks in and puts dry air into the cabin and draws out any moisture before it becomes a problem. The only time my missus' wagon fogs up is if the A\C button or fan has been switched off.
