Ten years off the crap end that I would have spent being an old fart
Normal fortnight: any combination of (usually) 7am-3pm and 3pm-11pm (but may include any 8 hour shift) with a random mix of total 10 days on and 4 days off.
Night fortnight: seven nights 11pm-7am, two shifts 3pm-11pm, one shift 7am-3pm, then four days off straight.
Every second roster is a night roster.
