The service took an hour when I got my car done last week.

I just waiting in the waiting room, grabbed a coffee & did some work on the laptop.

I never got anything out of it (no issues with the car) other then the feeling of if anything happens down the track the lack of a 3000km service (which is free) won't come back and bite me.
