Hmm.. i had nothing but coverage issues with iPhone on Optus in both Melbourne and Sydney.. Intermittent Low signal strength and call drop outs were common with Optus but 100 times improved with Telstra.
Optus still has lots of coverage black holes.
If you move around allot and spend considerable time relying on the device Telstra is worth the extra costs, on the other hand if its just a social toy Optus will do...
