HID kit is the way to go for the Mondeo.
Spot lamps/driving lights mounted to the front of a car like a Mondeo will look seriously hideous. It's my personal opinion mind you, as I am a believer that the only cars which should have spotlights are 4x4s and rally cars....anything else just looks naff.
HID kit will do wonders, what will work even better is if you can get hold of some Mondeo projector headlights that are fitted with HIDs as OEM spec and retro fit them with HIDs. Retro fit purely because the wiring will be a pain to try to use the OEM setup
