aha ok, related to fat meant fat you eat and fat cell deposits in your blood...and ive lost 30kgs and will always have diabetes (cant get rid of it) til the boffins can figure out how to regenerate a damaged Pancreas, youll never eradicate Diabetes.

however, i thought this topic was about weight loss and all things associated, otherwise i wouldve opened a seperate topic.
