Thanks ... I need to motivation.
Although ... lately I have been in the pool a lot... with my 3yo ... and doing a fair bit of swimming about ... throwing him about ... and running around the house/yard chasing him as well.

I am definitely unfit ... but he is really my motivation to get myself into gear and sort out my health really.
