If the fork needs a reg disc or papers as there is obviously no discs anymore then yes you need a car licence....like what was said above. If the fork is only driven on private land then u won't need one.

Forks are now classed as high risk and u now have to get a photo licence.
I had to upgrade this last year at a cost of 70 bucks I think it was and believe it has to get done every five years from memory.
