we do not allow any iPads / iPhones on our customers infrastructure.
There is blanket Mac address ban which one of the other engineers worked out,
Only apple products which are allowed are the Desktops and laptops.

This being said, i don't deal much with the desktop users,
I mainly focus on the physical and virtual infrastructure, but there are some small niggly bugs that have to be worked out with the network design to allow apple machines to correctly work on a multi vlan network with authentication based switching.
