Day 2 of optifast for me...turns out the caramel flavour shake is horrid. All the other flavours I've tried so far are nice though. The thing I've found interesting is that I still have enough energy to play half decent squash after work, despite how few calories I'm actually getting on this program. I was worried I might get light headed or something, but I've actually felt pretty good
