Yes it will be released for Windows 10 at the same time as Xbox One.
As for Aussie cars I've found through Forza's website the below three plus what looks like a Pursuit Ute from EFFalcon's screengrab.
- HRT Sharkbite VF Commodore V8 Supercar
- Prodrive Supercheap Auto FG X V8 Supercar
- FPV FG GTF
The three cars are part of add on packs.
