insurance on postage is such a crock of ****
the service, is to deliver the goods, without destroying them, to another location
does my head in that you have to pay insurance for them not doing what you are paying them to do
imagine getting roofing contractors in, and them asking you if you would like to take out insurance against them not doing the job
"in the event that we forget to come and do your roof, you will get your money back if you have taken the insurance, otherwise, you will be out of pocket"
