Just reNewed my Road service meMbership Annual subscription.
Produce my card with details, and state rego number of the car I need to renew.
I’m asked to identify myself, DOB, address, email, mobile, home phone .....not to check if my details are correct .... identification. WHY ?
After paying I ask for a receipt showing that particular vehicle is up to date .... no, the receipt will be emailed to you. I get home and it is in my in-box. WHY ?
Is this technology for technology’s sake, or are the basic procedures being made difficult ?
