Funny you should mention that. I have a handyman on site at the moment, who likes to think he knows a bit about everything, and he too suggested a bootmaker.
My local bootmaker can't even sew/glue shoes properly. But I could look further afield.
However I was concerned that the dye might not be as good a product as the Leatherique which has been recommended here and the black has worked well for me.
