Thats a good point.. I will swap rear switches tomorrow and check. The drivers door window works intermittently, and when it does work the glass travels on it's rails nice and quick.. other times it will travel down a bit then stop...but most of the time when I've tried it doesn't work at all...

ok ... working sometimes could be a faulty switch
ie- needs an internal clean due to contacts arcing & covering with 'gunk' [carbon] which can cause some of your problems.
