Hi
If owner wants to keep you how do you be open and say that you’re only available for certain departments or say no or leave once your plans in place if you choose to stay for a little while for example 12 months or something until you start getting too busy.
Where there is a ideal time you should try stay with a employer is it the business that counts even if it changes owners for example you been at a business over 10 years and someone else takes over and you either don’t stay or leave a few months after.
Or is it the employer that counts where you should try stay atleast a year once someone else took over even though you been with old owner 13 years at same place.
Just have goals and was taught not to leave until atleast having another plan unless the business sells.
And want to get out of hospitality altogether and don’t really want to do every weekend if at all
