First ride on my Norco in 3 months on the weekend.
Must admit it was a battle after the ebike. But id forgotten how good it is to tide, for different reasons.
Also i had the rear shock seals replaced about the same time as i got the ebike and it hadnt been ridden since.
Bike felt sluggish all ride (some was me too)
Thought id check fork and shock pressures.
Rear shock had about 80psi in it, for my weight it should be closer to 200psi
