Joined the club about 3 years ago. Had L5/S1 microdiscectomy 2 years ago, which fixed the issue of the disc pressing on the sciatic nerve, but have never recovered from the surgery. Constant pain since whenever I do anything other than just getting through the day (mowing, washing cars, cycling etc).
Last weekend went back in for L3-5 RF neurotomy (burning some nerves off) and hopefully I'll have some relief and be able to get back riding. Still sore from the op but on pain meds and feel it's as slowly improving.

I plan on seeing an exercise physiologist to help get me back where I need to be.
