Weighed myself today and ive lost 3.5 kilos in the last 2 weeks. All im basically doing is eating right and only 3 times a day and excersize. Its a simple recipe and the best thing is that im not starving myself or over-exersizing so I can keep this up.
And Cheers vino3o2, ive steered away from nutri-grain and im now eating whole-meal bread.
