Default Suggestions for new mobile phone?

My practically-new Nokia 3315 (well, not even a year old) is now almost useless, I don't know what happened to it, but the screen no longer works properly, I can't see a damn thing on it, which makes it completely useless for SMS or most other things you use a modern mobile phone for. So I've decided that if I'm going to replace it, I might as well get something a bit better.

I want to get one that has an in-built camera, but asides from that (and obviously a colour screen to go with the camera) it doesn't have to have much more in the way of bells and whistles. I don't want to spend more then $200 if I can help it (even $200 is stretching the budget a bit too far really), and it can't be locked, because I'll need to put in my current SIM card (Telstra) to check my voicemail at the very least on a regular basis.

I've been looking at the SAGEM MyV-55 and MyC5-2 from Vodafone (I'm leaning towards the MyV-55 out of the two of them on the basis of lower price & more features), which both fit the criteria, has anybody had any experience with them, or can recommend any others I should look at?

Thanks in advance.
