Good luck Faolan.
The local Ford dealer you mention (across 2 sites) was unable to detect a faulty brake master cylinder (internal bleed down at idle, > faulty piston seals) ..... 3 times whilst under new car warranty.
Tone changed when I got Ford Customer Service from Melbourne involved, who authorised a new master cylinder. Problem fixed straight away.
Hopefully things will work out better for you.
