You mean OUR property!
A permanent supply off running water would be essential - preferably isolated. You have drinking water, fish etc, water birds, plus most edible creatures in the area will be visiting at least once a day = kebab van on legs. And when you have that type of location generally means there a plenty of trees, which equates to more birds, and most importantly, plenty of wood.
What about all the people that have a 'mental illness' and require daily meds?
