Thanks Dallas, yeah I'm pretty happy with the result, next upgrade will be short shocks and then I'll hopefully look into tuning prospects
There was a post on the XR5 Forum regarding an upgrade to a cable release for the bonnet but it sounds like a bit of messing around involved to do it :( There were quite a few guys complaining about them failing, I think the secret will be to keep the mechanism and lock well lubricated to help with longevity
