yeah, you'd be surprised at the terrible wastage of some large companies, i've heard stories from blue collar guys telling how good gear gets tossed in the bin, such a waste. a company that i work for threw out heavy duty engine hoists , and other workshop equipment, i got a brobo cold saw for free (worth thousands new) , got a hercus lathe for $200, and could of got a bridgeport mill with dro if i tried.
