Thats been the problem at Mambray and a few other places in the National parks, cashed up nomads booking sites on the off chance they make it there. There used to be a discount card which you paid a yearly subscription for and gave you cheaper access, it was being abused in that fashion so they had even less to lose, not sure if the park pass is still an option.
