These professionals haven't seen the car for 6 months or so, and the last time I spoke to them was when I had a slow leak in my drivers front tyre... they went on about how my slow leak was caused by poor fitment of the last set of tyres and that I should really get a quality establishment like them to fit the next ones... to which I replied, "your store fitted them". They charged me half price for the repair.

I highly doubt this mob would consider that they could possibly have caused the locking key to fracture. Not these guys, they are too professional.
