I see you know a bit about Fords but your attitude is a prime example of why I would never let the hacks at the vast majority of Ford dealership service centres ever touch my car again. I dont need to be talked down to by some arrogant grease monkey, I need someone who understands that I have a passion for my car, treat it better then many people treat themselves and is able to explain and reassure, not treat me like a doofus.
