I don't use a VPN, GF, so it's not that in my case. Could have been a network issue at my end at the time. Whilst I wasn't using my mobile data, I did receive a duplicated text message from a mate about the same time as the forums were playing up for me. I confirmed with him, he only sent the message once, but I received two copies.

What was odd was that it was only aff I had troubles with. I was using other apps and websites, but only aff was intermittent.

Anyway, doesn't matter now as it is all working aok again.
