Its apparently due to you only taking one trolley, all the other trolleys are clunkers but you don't know that because you are only pushing one of them!
Or it could be trolley "karma" or even "Murphy's Law" have you ever talked to your trolley in a demeaning manner?..or cussed?...trolleys may have feelings too you know!...
