I would not so politely tell you where to go. Always get a couple of these types of offers when I sell cars. Never had to budge on my price more than $500 and always sell within a couple of weeks. Who knows someone might entertain it though.
Edit: I know times are tough no need to make it tougher for people and kick them while their down.
