I agree that we're in for tough times. What i've yet to see is people's mindsets change to match.

When that awful reality finally sets in there well might be more sellers than there are now. When people are forced to list their ppor and sell stuff like cars to make ends meet. We are nowhere near that yet. Here is what it might look like...
