Had a bit of a panic last night before bed applying a new Libre sensor.

Followed the usual procedure in removing and installing a new sensor. I had the area prepped with an alcohol swab, offset to where the previous one had been and then punched the applicator on my arm.

When I lifted the applicator away from the sensor, I had blood literally pouring out of the center of the sensor. Not a drip, but a flow. I had to resist pulling the thing off, that would be a wasted sensor, admittedly only costing me $15 each now. I panicked a bit and made myself nauseous in the process. It eventually stopped but was pretty scary.
