I would say no as they had the different power steer pump, I would say you would need one from BA to FGX..

So here are all the combinations of fuel pumps, remember they are a module so from Ford they only came complete, you could not just buy the pump separately from the rest of the module.

BA9350A: PUMP ASSY - FUEL, FUEL TANK PUMP/SENDER UNIT (4.0L DOHC VCT EFI OR 5.4 V8 SOHC EFI 24V)
