Default SY2 ICC change over problems

Hi I am after some help. I have read every ICC post prior to changing over my standard single zone 1xCD ICC over to a second hand premium DZ 6 stack.

I removed my old BEM and fitted it to the six stack ICC. also swapped over the little remote control module just in case. Vehicle started no probs but no radio or AC. Also fitted a second hand LHS wing mirror with temp gauge with new wiring loom in door for this back to the big connector plug from door to vehicle body near hinge.

Took vehicle to local Ford dealer as I was getting code error on screen, which I expected.

They tried to match in and reprogram BEM but could only get radio to work. AC, fan temp does not work. When I press the AC button it comes up "AC OFF" when actually the AC compressor is on and vice versa. So no AC. I expected from reading posts that as I hadn't fitted the additional actuator rod and motor that it would work as single zone from the passengers side temp control only.

Also it had six CDs in the stacker which all eject ed ok but will not accept any CDs at all. And no outside temp coming up on screen either and no AC temp coming up on screen.

HELP! Getting a bit over it. Any advice appreciated

Cheers

Gavin
