Default Eagles - album after 28 years

Eagles full studio album in 28 years set to be the best seller in the US this week. IMO, best song in the double album, "Long Road Out Of Eden" must be the one by Don Henley - "Waiting In The Weeds". Best deal I've seen so far is from Borders - $14.95 for the double CD.

Here's the new song http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ZtCmIYpfUHY

Not a standout but Eagles sound for sure. Might go to the next concert, no doubt will be steep in price like last time but might be the last chance

'Tis still a shame that they sacked Don Felder though....

I saw the Eagles when they came out last - if I had the money I would easily have watched them twice or more. One of my all time fav bands and the DVD of the Farewell II gets out every few Fridays after a few tins - just ask the neighbours!

It's official.
Album debuts at No. 1 in UK and Aust.
In the US, album is distributed only in Wal-Mart stores and hence not eligible for Billboard's album chart.
Here's "Waiting in the weeds".

Bought the album just before i had a 10 hour drive - listened 3 times - loved it. Bit older, but still classic Eagles. Hey, when their last was released i was 4. I have liked their solo careers but love em together. We're lucky Joe is still with us!

I've listened to the double album a few times. But the song that I've listened to many many times is "Waiting in the weeds". IMO, it's the best song in the album.
