Default Aussies know good music!!!

We should all be proud of ourselves. Just goes to show that if music is truly good it will stand the test of time. Unlike some of the BS out there that is masquerading as music.....

Jeff Buckley was a WTF moment, but the rest of it was pretty decent. It was good to see Radiohead in as no3 as well.

Still a bit annoyed though, some majorly good albums where way down the 100 list and Anthony Callea was a like 20, WTF.

The final cut is a awsome album. I got the new release with the extra music on it. Its hard to say what is the best of the Floyd/Waters stuff. I think that Amused to death is up there, bit Wish you were here has some special memories as well. Its all good.

Iv'e got them all on MP3 and for me "The Final Cut" was imo Floyd's finest hour.

Roger Waters put absolutely everything into that album, it was his last with the band and he went out with something "very very special" indeed......a tribute to his late father no less,............his heart and soul completely went into that album, an absolute masterpiece.

The same could be said about Amused To Death. There are references in that about family lost as well.

I was surprised that AC-DC wasn't on the list.

was great to see Dark Side get the top spot...there would be quite a few worthy of it, but this would be one. The Wall is great imo too, a story in an album and great mix of songs

Back In Black or Highway to Hell could of been in the top 10 also
