Default Bye Bye AU3

Well my old AU series 3 company car just got taken away and I was hoping for a BF2 with 6spd.

I ended up with a Toyota Aurion 200kw 6spd.
Haven't had an excuse yet to go for a burn but the clocks winding down so I might have to nick off early.

Yes I know its not a Ford but bloody hell 200kw in a 1590kg body should be ok, As long as it doesn't torque steer off the road.

Ok I am not very happy, Its a bit like driving a big car that is trying to be something it was never meant to be ie Sporty
The auto is good as it will change down appropriately coming into corners which is good. I haven't really given it a good rev as its only done 28kms.
I wish I could have talked my way into a falcon but allegedly this Toyrotor has better fuel consumption by 0.022L per 100km which will save my company $400,000 in the future.
AARGHHH!!

I think you need to buy your boss a calculator. $400,000 worth of fuel, did he really tell you that?

Does your boss know how much fuel that is, and over what time period?

How many cars does he have?

Does it torque steer at all did you notice (just noticed it's only got 28km)
Are these one of those cars that would be excelent if it was RWD?
Handling?

Ah I haven't noticed any torque steer as I havent taken it over 3500rpm but I am growing to it. Had 3 people plus driver in it last night and it seemed to handle this reasonably well.

They look better than the VE in my opinion but still need to be RWD.

I think in this day any new model will be pretty good to drive whether FWD or RWD. There will be differences for sure, but it is unlikely you will come across an evil handling POS.
The other thing is if you have blue blood and are forced to drive something else, can you accept that it is a good car or will bias make you admit otherwise?
