Yes this is old and been out for a little while
It is most common in a duel tank setup where you keep 1 tank as a reserve.. the gas feeds into the "reserve tank" so it over fills and "Boom" you can check yourself if you have that sort of relief valve just by looking .. it will say SIDEK PRX on the top of the valve .. if you do take it to a Gas Place and they will change it for you free of charge (well there meant to) and if you have gas in your tank they will suck it out and fix the tank and put your gas back in for you..
