Just wondering.. I just purchased An arrow AX8 100arc water cooled and I was just wanting to know of anything i should look out for with this model and where some good tracks are to go and have a bit of a play...

I had an arrow AX6 a few years ago, but not the ARC motor
As for tracks, try Silhouette Karts Hume Hwy Somerton, Ace Karts in Sunshine, there is one in Oakleigh too I think but I havent been there. I used to deal with Grant Lindstrom at Pro Karting, he is in Mercedes drive just near Herrod's. |

Forgot to mention before, I was a member of the Todd Rd track, IMO the best track in the state if not Australia, right under the Westgate Bridge and the track has everything...a mini bathurst! Best thing to do- spend a few weekends at a track and get to know the kart, not just driving but the setup too, there is a fair bit to learn about it. Join a club if you find you use it more and you can use the track whenever you want, providing the track isn't pre-booked. |
