The head light set up as far as i'm aware, is that:
1972 TC Cortina - Single Light on each site with a Metal grill. 1973 - 74 TC - Twin light setup across the whole range 1974 TD - Square lights 1975 TD - Single round lights with Plastic Grill. These set up's go for the whole range of Cortina's from L, XL and XLE.

The TC 4 pots had single 7inch headlights and all sixes had quad 5.75 in headlights.
The TD introduced rectangular lights for the XLE and 7in round for lesser models of both 4 & 6's. Later production introduced rectangular lights for all models. However, all TC's in 4 cyl, (L & XL) were only 7" round lights and all 6's had quad 5.75" lights. The XLE was only available with the 250 auto with a delete option for the 4 speed toploader. RRV |
