I'm always amazed at how few red MK7 Fiestas there are because they do look the goods. I like metallic paint, but there is something about a solid finish that just looks class. Very nice buddy.

I just cleaned mine too. The pics aren't the greatest as they were taken with an iPhone in poor light, but this is my baby...

Awesome wheels, macou!

I'll need to take some photos of mine when I wash her again soon, perhaps I should do it tonight :

Just my personal opinion, but I'm not a fan of the chrome strips on the doors hey.

I agree with Mad_aussie i like the strip along the top of the doors but side on view it breaks up the shape of the car, i really like how you have wind visors on the back doors too. looks great

thanks for the comments guys... it's always nice when people appreciate your car. It's only a CL but I love it. The wheels were fitted by the dealer, I bought it off the show room floor as you see it now minus the window tint. Nearly reached the 20,000km mark and I can't honestly say a bad word about the car. Extremly well made and the 1.6 manual goes not too bad when you need it to

I like the red zetec stevenfiesta, with two small kids and a wife to support and as it's for getting me to and from work, I couldn't, or rather she wouldn't let me get the zetec. Very nice car indeed steven!

Come on JClarke, let's see your cleaned up baby ;)

Do you guys find the 1.4/1.6 struggles badly when the cars loaded up? Or is it fairly gutsy for that size engine?
I only ask because I test drove some mazda 2's before deciding to buy a focus, because I wasn't convinced anything less than a 2L would suit me...

Hey mate dont let the 1.6ltr manual engine put you off,ive had a family holiday in mine and its still got guts with the other half and daughter in loaded up with gear.and im with macou i cant put a bad word towards the fiesta ws,mines done 46,000 clicks and not missed a beat.Although seems the poms have had there fair share of troubles with it but im not seeing to many complaints here.

in europe the basic size I think is 1.0 litre. I find the 1.6 has plenty for my needs... but I rarely have more than 2 people in it at most.

Well the only 1.6 i've owned was in a TX3, and that had a mammoth turbo strapped to the side of it lol! Good to know that the smaller capacity isn't a draw back, i'm looking at setting up the other half with a 1.6 mazda...

Over 4000rpm, the engine comes alive. It's not a powerhouse, but it's a mighty little engine.

I just done a trip from Townsville to Chinchilla through the inland road of QLD, i found my 1.6 loved the long run the only issues i did have was the seats where not very supportive of the long trip, i averaged 650km's off a tank of petrol there and back, It didnt like the flooded muddy dirt road but i guess it is not marketed as a landcruiser. just had my 60k service and it has a ton more power with new spark plugs and air filter and a good service i think ill see 150000 before i trade it in i love it sooooo much

mines in another thread: http://fordforums.com.au/showthread.php?t=11308413

i find my 1.6 to be great. good power and torque. will be nice and quiet if you want it to, but will atleast attempt to rip your head off, if you so desire. as its my first car, i wouldnt trade it for any other car

this is from a WP 2004, with 109000kms on the clock.
