I'm in the process of re-working the engine bay of my '93 EB Wagon, and was wondering what radiators could be used in place of the crap factory one.
It will become a v8 in a few months, so I have to take into account it has to cool a larger engine. (With a supercharger in the loooong run...) Will the EL/EF Radiators bolt up to the EB? I'm a n00b with the falcons as far as swapping bits is... What about aftermarket? I don't really want to spend too much if I can help it.. Anybody? |

I run a Natrad copper 3 core in mine but they are around the $400 mark.
Get a std radiator from a radiator specialist(Normally Cheaper) And contact BPT via the link above & order an Electric Thermofan conversion kit... You'll never look backwards trust me!!!!!!!

Yeh im interested in this to, i have had my radiator since 1991, eb 4L, auto, i have 2 12inch thermos, but its stuffed clogged i want to replace it, i might get a brand new genuine, from ford for 180, pwr want 650+gst for there beast to much.

I paid $100 for a new aluminium core EF six radiator on Ebay which should do the job.
You are after a heavy duty (V8) EF radiator. This had the same water pump outlet as the six cylinder EA-ED plus will have mounting points to simplfy a thermofan conversion. |

That looks alright but remember you want an EF 8 radiator, as the six cyl one would not be plug and play with an EB 6 or, obviously, a V8 conversion.

i have an ed v8 radiator from ford in my car... works a treat... extremely efficient... thanks to Rollin i didnt have to lose any limbs to ford when paying for it...
