Hello boyz and girlz
Im curious to know if anyone has their own home-based and web-based/eBay businesses? If so what do you do? part time/full time? How satifying is it working at home? Im actually thinkin of starting a web-based business in the future so id like to see if there are many people who do well with it. dont forget to put down your web address too. |

I don't but a mate does.
He gets dvd's from distributors real cheap and then sells them online thru his ebay shop. He makes a decent amount of money out of it too. Its only a part time thing while he works his normal day job.

I began 'Affiliate Marketing' about 3 years ago (I'm disabled, so can only manage a couple of days work a week in the real world).
I started out doing everything wrong (which is not uncommon) and slowly learnt the right ways etc, until I decided to write an ebook advising newbies how to go about this particular type of online Home Business. I also operate other websites that are Home Based Business oriented, although they are primarily a vehicle to promote the book. As for how well I do. Well, I don't make a habit of revealing incomes etc, but I can say that if a bloke (or sheila) is serious about making a living (or supplementing their existing income), it can be done quite comfortably, although it does take a while to get established, contrary to what a million 'gurus' will tell you (i.e. listed in Search Engines, cultivating backlinks to your site etc etc) and the usual firm commitment that anything worthwhile requires. Rule one: Only believe about 5% of what you read!! I don't normally mention my sites in Forums, especially one as unrelated to Home Biz as this, BUT you did ask for it.......lol http://www.online-plus.biz Thanks Last edited by brensec; 16-03-2005 at 02:01 PM. |
