That's definately not worth $5000. A good condition LTD might fetch that but that one is very rough. The kays are quite low, but the car still needs a bit of work. It needs new headlight, taillight, and the interior needs a good clean. Also the drivers footrest and brake pedal look like they're missing their covers. Also like the duct tape on the fuel door! LOL. You can still see the roll of duct tape sitting on the boot!
