What a strange thread, a first time poster in a car forum starts a poll on politics? :

Hey I voted for the Shooters party! I own guns and I need support from the government!
If I was an avid fisherman I would have voted for them.
We just need a petrolhead party!

Been around for years, federally before 1996 election and at it, where their total vote sent a clear signal to a new governing Liberal party to reduce the intake numbers.

They'd already filled 3 boxes, and were trying to push the papers down with a metre ruler by the time we turned up.

Funny, we saw my friend's dad (who no longer speaks to us since his wife left him), and he was handing out how to vote cards. Mum made a point to stop and ask him to explain it to her (even though she had no intention of voting for them), just to annoy him.

I just think it's cool going back to my old infants' school, and being in my old classrooms again. OMG the chairs are SO small.

Yep. Mine got a big BULLSHIT across the top of it. I can't be bothered with the Table Cloth. I didn't vote for the Upper House. Only the Lower House, and, because Cronulla is a Safe seat, my vote added the Lead for the incumbent minister.

Did anybody else get forced to use a pen when they voted? I ran into a friend at the Poling Place, and they handed me and the Mrs. a pen because "they change your vote!".

Wasn't there an "Outdoor Recreation" Party, or was that part of the Fishing Party? There wasn't enough room in the booth to spread out the paper.

Could anyone really be bothered filling out the section below the line??
STUFF THAT!!

I think this year it was the Horse Riding and Outdoor Recreation Party ... Bec looked at it and said I might vote for them. I couldn't help but laugh.

Actually when she saw the massive sheet of paper ... she said "Stuffed if I am going to fill this stupid thing out". hee hee.

I was at work all day and didn't get a chance to vote. Fine is $25 apparently if you pay straight away.
